Excellent service but . . . I have been coming to Prestige Lexus for over 15 years with 6 cars and always received excellent service from the staff. Typically I would have 1 car I have been coming to Prestige Lexus for over 15 years with 6 cars and always received excellent service from the staff. Typically I would have 1 car in for service every month. The facility is always clean and comfortable. On this occasion there was a problem with the service and it was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Overall this service is great and I will continue to use Prestige Lexus to service my cars. More
No Accomodation I brought my car in due the failure of the rear wiper spray. While the front wiper spray operated flawlessly, the rear wiper worked, but did not spra I brought my car in due the failure of the rear wiper spray. While the front wiper spray operated flawlessly, the rear wiper worked, but did not spray any fluid. The service tech ( I do not remember his name) was quite helpful in explaining the problem. He stated that I apparently had a rodent problem, because the mechanic, who checked the car, stated that a mouse or other rodent had bitten off the cable that brought the fluid to the rear wiper assembly. The tech then explained that it would cost about 1 1/2 hours or more to remove the housing to get to the spot to repair the hose. He said the the part was insignificant and wold be replaced without charge, but that the labor would be over $200. I thanked the tech and left. I receive a courtesy call this afternoon from your dealership and explained that I was not satisfied. While I did not question the assessment of the problem, I did wonder if it might have simply been a manufacturing defect in the tube or the line. I have purchased LEXUS vehicles from other dealers in the past (Englewood, DiFeo, Prestiege, etc.) and have always received accommodations from those dealerships when questions arose. My car is only about 8 months old with fewer than 8000 miles. Simply stated, I am disappointed. I expected more. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. David & Roslyn Hallerman More

Excellent Service I have known Joe Scalo for years and I was happy to see him back at Ramsey location, I drove into service check in without appointment on January 29th I have known Joe Scalo for years and I was happy to see him back at Ramsey location, I drove into service check in without appointment on January 29th with all sorts of error messages and instructions to bring car to dealer for service.. I spotted Joe and told him my problem. He checked messages and explained I needed to leave the car. He immediately set me up with a loaner and called me with the explanation of problem and cost to repair. I picked up my RX350 the next day and all was well. Joe is straight forward, professional and has an ease of manner that definitely makes me feel confident that all problems will be taken care of. More
