they try to blame you for new car defects. I just bought a new car and noticed there was a defect with the driver mirror of the car. When I called about it, first thing they said was that they I just bought a new car and noticed there was a defect with the driver mirror of the car. When I called about it, first thing they said was that they have to check to see if there is any damage to the car. I felt as if they think I damaged the car and want it fixed under warranty. When I went there, they said there was nothing wrong with the car, that all NX come like this. I was upset and told them I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager came and said the same thing. I ask “ you’re telling me that all NX come with only the driver side mirror messed up?” He said yes. We finally took a different car for a test drive to compare and found, that mine was indeed bad. They finally made it right but it was a hassle. The customer is not right in this dealer. They really don’t want to help customers. I regret buying my car here. I don’t know how they get many awards. Made everything easy I had to return my car to the dealership for a safety bag recall. The dealership did everything they could to not waste any of my time. As soon as I pulled in there was a person waiting to take my car. Then my customer service rep quickly processd my request and I was given a loaner car. A few hours later I got a phone call saying my car was ready. I stopped by, picked it up and left without any problems. So very easy. More
Services process I have pre ownend car. After service, still noisy. Because some service was warranty cover without cost. Some noise was repaired. But other noise pro I have pre ownend car. I do not believe warranty cover with pre ownend car with Lexus anymore. My life, I had 6 Lexus cars. Now I has still 3 car. In the future, I will not buy lexus pre ownend car anymore. Still my car is factory warranty period. Why don’t cover bumper to bumper? i want to call me anybody, repair my noise problem without cost.??? More

Not great The dealer would not budge at all with the price of a 2015 used CT. Not even a $500 active duty military credit with most dealerships grant. The dea The dealer would not budge at all with the price of a 2015 used CT. Not even a $500 active duty military credit with most dealerships grant. The dealer agreed to give us a free key. We waited for our plates to show up before coming back to get the plates and the key. After being told that the key was there, we scheduled the appointment to have it programmed. My wife waited two hours before the staff found the key (they told her initially they could not find it and told her to go home so I called management to elevate the issue. We brought up the fact that the car's alignment was off (we purchased it not even 30 days ago) and that we would like the alignment to be corrected. the service department denied us that and would not even give a discount on the alignment. oh we got a free car wash thanks. More
