Great service experience The person who delivered my loaner car and took my car to the Lexus facility was very pleasant and on time. Jorge, at the Lexus service center called me when my car arrived and discussed the service I would be having that day, explaining that even though my car hadn't reached 30-,000 miles, it was 36 months and that service would be done on those items deemed necessary for 36 months and that no service would be done for items dependent on 30,000 miles unless after examination of my car it was deemed that those services were needed. I had sent a note with the driver who took my car, listing items I wanted checked; and Jorge went over those items with me. He assured me that he would call me if there were any issues beyond those we had just discussed. Jorge called me when the service on my car was completed and discussed what was done and what the cost was (which would be put on the credit card I provided. He also told me when to expect the driver back to my house with my car. The driver got back to my home within the time frame I was given. The whole thing was an efficient, seamless, thorough experience. I have total confidence in the service department at Prestige Lexus. More
