Service experience The people in the Prestige Lexus Service Department were very courteous, prompt, and professional. However, I did not have a very good experience with The people in the Prestige Lexus Service Department were very courteous, prompt, and professional. However, I did not have a very good experience with the Lexus Curbside Service. I had to wait in excess of 40 minutes on hold before a service representative spoke to me. Fortunately I was in my home as my vehicle was parked in my backyard. However, if I had been on a highway, it would have been a very dangerous situation to have to wait 40 min. before my initial call was answered. When I did speak with a representative and explained the situation, she indicated that I would be contacted by the tow service to advise when they would arrive at my home. Unfortunately I stepped outside for a few minutes to get something for my vehicle when the tow service called. They did leave a number to call back. I called that number within less than 5 minutes. I was connected with AAA, and they had absolutely no knowledge of why I was calling. I then had to call back the Lexus Curbside Service. This time I waited in excess of 20 min. before someone spoke to me. Fortunately that individual was able to tell me that the tow service was already on their way to my home. I also was not pleased that although the repair was covered by the warranty, my 2018 RX 350 with less than 4800 miles needed a new transmission. It did take approximately 3 weeks to complete the repair. I understand that the new transmission had to be delivered from a significant distance. However, three weeks still seems to be an excessive amount of time. Furthermore, when I picked up my car, I drove it for 54 miles, and then numerous malfunction messages appeared on the dashboard including "Check Engine," "ICS Malfunction," " All-Wheel-Drive Malfunction," and "Vehicle locked in 2 Wheel Drive." Once again the people at the Prestige Lexus Service Department, especially Joe Scola, responded promptly and professionally, Apparently an oxygen sensor had to be replaced. I hope these two significant problems are not harbingers of future problems with this vehicle, which has only about 5,000 miles on it. I switched from General Motors to Lexus because I had too frequently experienced these kinds of problems with General Motors vehicles. More
Had to argue with them to get something fixed I had my car come in on Monday, "master" tech said nothing was wrong with the sway bar (OBVIOUSLY RUSTED) and refused to work on the car. Still had issues with the Lexus, brought it back today and after my father started arguing with this xxx, THEN we were able to get someone to work on my car. FIRE HIM AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. More

I brought my IS300 in for the 15,000 service and to get nitrogen in my tires and both things were done very quickly and at a way better price than I expected. So awesome - plus they got all the muddy paw prints off my back seat! More

Absolutely wonderful I was treated like royalty, they told me what had to be done, how long it would take, i was asked if I wanted a loner car, or if I wanted to wait, I c I was treated like royalty, they told me what had to be done, how long it would take, i was asked if I wanted a loner car, or if I wanted to wait, I chose to wait. Safe behind the wheel. Excellent service, as usual. I brought my 2008, RX400H, in for a 180K mile maintenance. Gary Guglielmi was my service advisor and very helpful. Upo Excellent service, as usual. I brought my 2008, RX400H, in for a 180K mile maintenance. Gary Guglielmi was my service advisor and very helpful. Upon inspecting my vehicle, the service technician noticed that both rear brake calipers, pins were in a frozen position. This kept the break pads from making contact with the rotors. Only the front breaks were working properly and stopping the vehicle. Gary brought me into the service area, where my car was on a lift. The mechanic showed me and explained the problem. I was given a loaner car promptly and returned the following day to pick up my vehicle. I don't recall the mechanic's name. Please, include their names on the Invoice, along with the Service Advisors, whose names are always provided. Thank you, Prestige Lexus of Ramsey for your thorough inspection and keeping me safe behind the wheel. More

And the car was washed and vacuumed. What could have been a bad experience ended up being such a positive one. My potential flat tire (nail in tire) got fixed even late in the afternoon. More
