Joe Scalo was extremely helpful and professional and made the whole process super fast and efficient. He explained what had to be done and correctly estimated when car would be finished. It was done even sooner! He immediately called my cell and I had my car back within hours. We have other luxury cars and the service at this center is significantly better. Scheduling an appointment, actually driving car in to garage and having a service agent meet me curbside all made the process faster. I was on my lunch hour and got in and out easily with time to spare. Thank You, I was dreading it and it ended up being easy and FAST! More
