I had a bad experience with another Lexus dealership in NJ and was told that they would locate a white lexus NX 300 (beige interior) in a few days, 7 to 10 days at most, and after 8 days, we hadn't heard from the dealer and my mother in law was frustrated. So I scrambled and called Prestige and talked to Steven and he said he could locate that particular car in 2 days. He was very helpful through the process and very trustworthy, which was critical after being run around by the previous dealer. I recommend working with Steven ..... Thank you Steven, appreciate it! Jorge Reinoso was very professional and when I chose not to have all of his recommendations h I was very happy with my last service at Prestige Lexus. It was also pointed out that I had a slight scratch on my right corner bumper and it was also detached. Jorge said they would look at it, but wasn't sure if it could be repaired.
