Yesterday, my wife and I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart Aero. I am 69 years old, and I have been buying cars since I was 16. The salesman, Hassan, was extremely helpful, very courteous and bent over backwards to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the deal. At no time were there any high pressure salesmanship applied, it was totally very pleasant experience. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be prepare and the car to be detailed, we met Lloyd Anderson, the General Sales Manager. We even met the owner who is also a very friendly, helpful person. We had a very nice conversation with Lloyd, just like we were old friends. While we were speaking with Lloyd, we also had the pleasure of meeting with the ownership of the dealership; best known in the Las Vegas, Nevada community as "Chop." He also was a very friendly person and speaking to him was also like having a conversation with an old friend. From this experience with all the employees and the dealership; I will not hesitate to use this dealership for all my service needs exclusively. As stated above, it's only been one day since we purchased our new vehicle and the experience was so pain-free and enjoyable, I have already recommended this dealership to two of my friends. Passing though town I had problems with my Dodge Ram Truck. Stopped in they said it would be 2 hours and 30 minutes later I was in and 1 hour later I was on the road. Sue is absolutely the reason WHY I would recommend this dealership. I purchased my Jeep almost a year ago and Sue wasn't even my original salesperson. Instead, she was helping to train a new person who was dealership. I purchased my Jeep almost a year ago and Sue wasn't even my original salesperson. Instead, she was helping to train a new person who was gone days after my purchase. Since my purchase, Sue has been dependable with everything from Due Bills to routine maintenance. Anytime I need something done I know one phone call to Sue and it will be taken care of. Additionally, her level of follow through is exceptional. I recently had to bring my car in for service and not only did she make my appointment (after I had a challenge getting one myself) but she also pulled my warranty, confirmed I had rental car coverage and booked the car herself. She even went so far as to confirm everything with me via text. As if that wasn’t going completely above and beyond, the day I brought my car in for service she made it a point to come and say hi and to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t think of another time where someone has gone so far out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge has a huge asset in an employee like Sue. More
The process of purchasing the vehicle took five hours which is expected and understandable. When picking up my vehicle the next day I had to wait another TWO hours for the car to be cleaned. They had all day to do this and my sales person actually cleaned it himself which is commendable and in my opinion unjust to him. BUT, the car was not thoroughly cleaned at all. I have to spend an additional $35 to have it detailed in order to get the body odor, crumbs, debri and stains removed. Your establishment had ALL DAY to prepare my vehicle, considering I didn't arrive until 4pm which I let you know the night before. I love my new car but am not satisfied with my first car buying experience at all. I want to mention that my sales person Joe was extremely nice, patient and hardworking. However, when buying a car even if it is used - it should look as brand new as possible inside and out considering I am spending my hard earned money on it. This was not the case and it's extremely dissapointing. I understand how being short staffed can be because I myself endure that on a daily basis, but that is still not an excuse to neglect level of service or efficiency. To avoid my inconvenience all that needed to be done was a two minute phone call notifying me that my car wouldn't be ready for a few more hours! I will not be recommending this dealership because of my disheartening, time consuming, frustrating and overall unpleasant experience. More
Tiny was impressive from beginning to end! He found us the vehicle we were meant to buy. We were even happier to see that some small scratched that were on the bumper got buffed out by the detailing cre the vehicle we were meant to buy. bought a 2006 dodge diesel from this dealer in august of 2012, as soon as i drove it off the lot the engine light came on, thank god i bought the extended warranty, computer code read cam shaft sensor, ok t 2012, as soon as i drove it off the lot the engine light came on, thank god i bought the extended warranty, computer code read cam shaft sensor, ok through trial and error, and 6 days overall in the shop, the cam shaft sensor and the ECU was replaced, problem still not fixed, ok no problem i understand the trial and error process, patience is a virtue, they call chrysler for guidance, chrysler says the cam shaft it self needs replaced, ok this is a 20 hour labor job, paul sets me up an apointment in october as i will be gone for 10 days on vacation, i get back and they hadn't even turned a wrench on it, it sat there collecting dust, the excuse i got was they got swamped with work and couldn''t get to it, ok i am still patient, so now its hunting season and paul says lets make another apointment for after hunting season, so now its January, i take the truck back in, and i am told by the service manager and paul that it will be done this week, ok great, they will tear it down on monday, have the warranty inspector look at it, and have it done by friday, well it was never tore down, the truck sat there the whole week, again no work was completed, i call paul on friday, he says well we have to tear it down so the warranty inspector can look at it, thats what you told me was going to happen on monday, so now the truck is back in there again this week, here it is friday and the truck still sitting in the parking lot, i dont know what to do to get my truck fixed, i have lost my patience, Mrs. Towbin i hope you read this, your service department also cost you a 37,000 dollar sale on a new jeep, i was working with one of your salesmen last week, but after this problem, i bought the jeep from chapman dodge on sahara. im also buying a new truck if i ever get mine out of the shop, but i will probably buy it from chapman also. Paul and the service manager have been blowing smoke up my you know what for what is now about 20 working days. i have been patient and understanding and reasonable up until now, these guys are costing you money, not to mention the fact that this truck was sold to me knowing that it had this problem, your service department just cleared the code long enough to get the truck sold. how do i know this, because i personally know the salesman that took it in on trade, i have bought at least five trucks from him and soon to be six, he no longer works for you. it is now 2/25/2013, and my truck was finally fixed last week, but before i left the car lot i did a walk around of my truck, as soon as i opened the hood of the truck a rubber shroud that attaches to the passenger's side of the radiator fell off and hit the ground, once i put that back on, i walked around to the passenger side of the truck and there is diesel motor oil splattered all over the front fender, so back into the service bay i go, i grab the service writer and show him, so now the truck gets washed, we are still not done here, this truck has extremely expensive wheels on it, the guys drying off the truck cant reach the center of the windsheild, so instead of getting a step stool he uses the inside of the wheels for a step stool, now i know the wheels will get scratched over time, and i'm really not worried about it, it's just the principle. it seems to me that the employees for the service department just don't care except for the service writer, he was very pleasant, and i believe he was just trying to cover for the other idiots working there. how this dealership can be rated number one in customer satisfaction i will never know. i hope that they fix all the problems because they are so close to me, and it is a real bother to drive to their competition. mark king More
