Put the down payment down on the 31st 2 weeks after I bought the car. 2 weeks later when my car i traded in the payment is due they just barely sent the payoff check out that day. Finance manager tells me he "told me to make the payment if its going to be close" which he never did. This is the 2nd car that i have traded in in my life and i have never had to make the payment on the car i traded in. Mike wazeta (probably spelled that wrong). Wish i hadn't filled my survey out yet because finance would have gotten a 0. Now because of him its going to look bad when i overdraft my bank account. Our sales guy was great but the finance guy obviously doesn't know what he is doing. Will also be reporting this to Corporate Dodge.Last year i bought a $37k Jeep cherokee from Carson dodge put 2 grand down the day we left and the 2nd 2grand down 2 weeks later. But guess what I had the green slip 3 days after we bought it not almost a month after we bought a Dodge dart from these guys. So don't tell me it can't be done. ONLY REASON EVERYTHING IS 1 Star is because of this. More

Excellent purchasing experience After months and months of looking for the exact Jeep Wrangler - the right one came in at Prestige Jeep. Alan Morhig was my sales person - he was know After months and months of looking for the exact Jeep Wrangler - the right one came in at Prestige Jeep. Alan Morhig was my sales person - he was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, straightforward and worked hard to get the deal done. He was willing to take the time to let me test drive anything I wanted, and explain the differences, benefits and disadvantages of the model types. (2d vs 4d, willys vs rubicon vs sport etc). When at first I didn't think I could afford the Wrangler we really wanted, he was willing to find a dealer trade and pick it up on his own time. While the vehicle we ended up buying from them was a bit of a stretch, they got the price down, worked our financing rate down, and gave a decent appraisal on the trade in. When it came down to a difference of $500, I considered how hard Alan worked and the great customer service he provided, and the fact that my girlfriend and I have been wanting a jeep for so long - we decided to go for it. All in all, walked away with the perfect Wrangler, and Alan really made the whole process pleasant. Thanks Alan! More

I dealt with Abdul Hamed through the years his THE MAN TO SEE. Rashid razmal my sales person thank you for a great service also wanna thank the finance dept. kevin thanks for simplifying things for me, last but not least wanna commend Miguel cardenas for taking the time to explain the details about my other vehicle while in service. Overall it was a great purchase experience concerning the sales staff, Tiny and Jovan, and dealership as a whole. We had to return a week later after signing the first contract to do it all over again with no real explanation as to why. The finance person offered a reduction of $40.00 a month for the inconvenience. But when we returned home and were going over the new contract found that the allotted miles for the lease was reduced from 15,000 a year to 10,000 a year. This was not discussed at the time of signing the new contract. Now I must accept the blame here for not being more alert and attentive so I have not made an issue of it to the dealership. More

Overall, my experience with Prestige was good. I loved the family like atmosphere even though it is a very large dealership. Mike Hu was great walking me through every step of the process, extremely knowledgable, and patient! I'd shopped around but always returned to him because he made me feel comfortable during what most people consider an extremely stressful event. Buying a new car can be scary and we all know the stigma associated with being a woman on a car lot. He, unlike many other dealerships, earned my trust and that is really what we all look for when buying something that loses value the minute it's driven off the lot. The finance department's communication left much to be desired. Beware of the survey after you buy! It's not intended to remedy any issues you had. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership but be cautious when you deal with the financial managers. They dropped the ball there. Remember to ask a lot of questions before signing because they may assume you know what certain things mean even if you don't. Even with that minor issue, my sales person Mike Hu made the transaction well worth it and I now have the most awarded SUV out there. Thanks Mike! More
