Don't go ANYWHERE else! I had a 2005 Cadillac SRX that I absolutely loved. I paid it off, had my title and planned on keeping it. But it started to have issues, as all older vehicles do. I realized after one $1400 trip to get it fixed, that I needed to part ways and get a vehicle with a warranty. I went to Prestige and I was blown away by the amazing service they provide. I felt like family. No big sales pitch, no pressure. They just wanted to make sure I left happy. Glen, CJ and Manny were beyond amazing and all so very nice. Not your typical "sales men". These guys sincerely have your best interest in mind. Rennie Roopchand helped me get the monthly financing that fit my budget and I got the car I wanted! I even got a lifetime warranty. So now I truly have a car that I can payoff and keep this time!! Thank you to all the wonderful reps at Prestige!! I will recommend you to anyone and EVERYONE I know in the market for a new car. More

Biggest hassle of my life I purchased my brand new jeep around June of 2015. They did their job by convincing me to buy a car that was twice my budget and making me feel like i I purchased my brand new jeep around June of 2015. They did their job by convincing me to buy a car that was twice my budget and making me feel like it was a steal. I can say they are excellent salesman. I'm not upset that I got suckered into buying a new vehicle, ultimately, that's on me. My issue is after spending 6 hours signing papers and calling my insurance to get a new policy and getting financed for the vehicle, then a week later getting it registered at the dmv, it all turned out to be a waste. They called me 2 months later saying "something happened with the loan". They have no idea what went wrong and they bombarded me with phone calls telling me I had to find the time to come in and sign a new loan, with no real explanation and spend a couple hours looking it over or the car would be repo'd. With two new credit reports lowering my credit score. I thought that was the end of it. Two months later while out of the country on a two month long trip, my payments for my vehicle doubled. I was charged 1300$ that I needed. I had to spend $300 in telephone calls to figure out that the finance company was charging me cause the dealership never sent over my insurance information, which I had provided in the 6 hours I was sitting at their office. To fix this I had to telephone my insurance Company to fax over my policy. It's not as easy as it sounds when you're abroad in another country with no service, wasting money being on hold. That was another 200$. I thought it was over again and I was willing to drop it. Then when I returned home two months later my payment were still higher than originally. I spent a total of 10 hours over the week trying to take care of it. I work a fulltime job during office hours so I had to use my entire break for a week to call during a time the operator was available. This is 10 months later and I'm still having issues. The dmv recently contacted me about my registration being terminated because there was no longer proof of insurance. I had provided it when I went to the dmv right after I purchased my vehicle. Out of frustration I emailed the finance director because I wanted an explanation why I had gone through all of this trouble and hassle and extra costs, I wanted to know what happened to my original loan. Of course I never received anything back. I've called and they won't return any. I'm not the kind to get frustrated easily. I was going to go into the dealership but that would be wasting more of my time. So I'm writing a review. Maybe they will go out of their way to respond back this time. There's hundreds of dealerships in range. Unless they are giving you a car for half off, it's not worth the hassle when I'm sure the dealership across the street could handle your information better. More

Service with heart I had many preconceived steriotypes about car dealerships and the "negotiation" process. I in reality didn't believe these guys would get me what I wanted so I wasn't optimistic at all going in. WOW ! I realized I was to quick to judge and completely wrong ; but thankful I went to Prestige. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade and Ish the finance Manger made everything else work out with payments i could afford.I started a small buisness 6 months ago and these guys cared about my situation enough to were I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They made me feel important, not like just a number or quota that needed to be filled. All in all I made two customers for my buisness, that has turned into a great friendships . They are honest men especially, Ish and Lloyd and I WOULD recommend these two guys to anyone looking for another vehicle. These guys give service with heart the way it should be and will do more than anyone else to make you happy. Thanks Ish and Lloyd for the personable and perspective changing experience. I would be happy to stand by these guys with my own reputation. I believe in quality over quantity and it's great to find like minded people with big hearts.
