This will be the second time you ask me to contact you ,Jack Farris at Prestige Auto. The first time I contacted you, you had me send paperwork concerning my car insurance, I did that , I still don't know what you planned to accomplish with my car insurance concerning this fraudulent loan did by that man working at Prestige. It was going into one month when I asked you what was happening with the situation, then you handled it over to one of your sales men. Are you Jack Farris going to look into what your employee did excessive loan finance that I did not ask for.What is going to be done to correct this fraud.
