Also, they text you your invoice and you make the payment on your phone, so when you pick up your car it’s so uncomplicated...no going to a cashier and waiting. You go see your agent and he brings you your car...amazingly uncomplicated! More
Now that’s what I call service! I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and I was blown away at the level of professionalism and customer service from the crew at Prestige. As I dropp I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and I was blown away at the level of professionalism and customer service from the crew at Prestige. As I dropped my vehicle off they were able to show me the diagnostics within minutes. They even gave me a ride home when I was prepared to pay for a Lyft ride. Miguel my servicemen updated me via text, which was convenient. He check and rechecked my warranty to save me as much money as possible. Two days later my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I did all issues had been addressed and even fixed something that another dealership misdiagnosed. To cap it all off I only came out of pocket $100! Now that’s what I call service! Miguel Cardenas, thank you so much for taking care of me. Now my family and I can move 1,300 miles across the country with no worry of vehicle problems. More
