Dont ever go there for servicing your vehicle I would give the no star at all. The service department is a joke. They lie about when your vehicle will be ready. Dont give you a rental car knowing they wont have your car ready. There shettle stops at 3pm so if you need a ride to pickup your vehicle after 3 your screwed. My vehicle was suppose to be done at the latest 1pm they didnt even call me i had to call them at 3 to find out my vehicle hadnt even been worked on. They put other vehicles ahead of yours even though you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10 am. They even will give the parts that are for your vehicle away to other vehicles they choose to work on before yours even though your vehicle had been sitting there all morning. Sales person doesnt give a crap after 30 days about your issues with your brand new vehicle because they only care about how you rate them on the survey in which you have 30 days to do so. Dont buy or service your vehicle here ever go to Chapman where they give you a rental care right off the back and reserve your car parts as soon as you make the appointment. More
