Great Service! Pleasant, polite, personable! I was greeted by Jason, with a smile and a hand shake, then wide open eyes when he saw what I'd done to my truck! I'd had a flat tire and drove on i I was greeted by Jason, with a smile and a hand shake, then wide open eyes when he saw what I'd done to my truck! I'd had a flat tire and drove on it too long to get out of traffic. As the tire shredded, it pulled out an electrical harness and tore that up too. Although due to the flat tire, I originally went to a tire store that also does 'repair' to be told they don't make that harness anymore, so all they could do was 'try fixing' the existing by splicing the wires. So, when I picked up the truck, the check gas cap light was on. I checked the gas cap and it was tight. I left anyway and the next day, the check engine light came on. That's when I called Prestige! They got the harness, replaced it and all works as it should with NO warning lights! Prestige is the place to go! More

Im told by coorperate they don't want to do warranty work cause they get paided less and aren't suppose to be putting problems off. these people are simply put thiefs never buying a car from them ever too bad I got three children one about to drive so yeah More

Kevin in finance is the WORST!! My review is solely based on the way that Kevin in finance handled our situation. First of all, I think that Prestige should not have someone like him My review is solely based on the way that Kevin in finance handled our situation. First of all, I think that Prestige should not have someone like him handling all of our personal information. He is NOT PROFESSIONAL and VERY IMMATURE, to say the least... We will start at the beginning of our meeting with him. We have already been at the dealership for two days and looking for our dream car and guess what our sales lady found it for us! This should be a very exciting time and we felt that Kevin ruined that excitement for us! Everything was running so smooth until it was time to meet with him. We go to walk to his office and could already tell he hates his job... As we are walking in, I get a phone call from insurance and had to step away to grab the call (my wife was in an accident and needed to talk to them). Kevin acted like he had so much to do and needed us out of his office. He told my wife lets just started without him and she said no I would like to wait. Immediately his attitude tripled from what it already was for some reason he thinks his time is more valuable than service. He was trying to rush through the paperwork and was upset when we had to ask him a question. Still going bad, my wife and I decided that "Let's, not some jerk ruin the moment" But it got worse! He didn't like a question we had about the extended warranty. He tried to make us feel dumb in the situation. The situation escalated and he slammed his hands down on the table and kicked his chair back and walked out of the room. (Yes, I kid you not just like a little toddler tantrum) Sorry that you were having a bad day, week, or life Kevin but you do not need to take this out on very happy and satisfied customers. So here we are now sitting in his office, what should we do? Our immediate response was to walk out and leave.. We waited a good 10 minutes and from the office next door you hear Kevin and number of staff members talking about us. This was so unprofessional, I honestly have never been in this situation. The walls are thin and you can hear everything they are saying. As we are getting ready to get up and walk out in walks Dan (he saved the deal, Prestige needs more employees like Dan) All papers signed and we are walking out, as we are walking out we walked past the room next door where there were at least 6 different staff members crowded around Kevin and giving us the dirtiest of look and this is where we could hear them still continuing to talk about us. Such an unprofessional group of staff members! I have never felt so awkward in a business before. After talking to a few others on staff while waiting for them to put the finishing touches on our car htey stated that this is not the first time Kevin has lost or almost lost them a deal. I am not sure how a staff member like Kevin is still with Prestige. They should not have employees like this that ruin a very good experience. Get rid of Kevin and you would have a 5-star business all the way!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Side Note: Marla our sales lady was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to find us what we wanted and even drove out to get our car for us! This is what service is all about and how everyone should be! Also Dan, the other finance guy saved the deal and deserves a huge thank you! More
