Matt Riley (service advisor) awesome! Went in for a service for vibrations and rattling sound. I was told that it maytake 2 months for the parts to be in. Frustrated. Putting all that aside, having gotten ripped for $295 for GPS. That is the least of the problems. Everyone who is rating high are people who have had no problems. If you do have a problem watch out. My air conditioning is not working. I have made 4 phone calls to try and get help. A simple service issue. Latest being from the salesman this morning. Gave me some story about knowing the service guy and will get me in and have him call me. Like he's doing me a favor or something. Since when do you need a favor to get service? These people are rediculous. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other dealers in town. That's where I have to go now that I have a problem. Been waiting all day for a call from the service guy. Twice I've been told that I would get a call within an hour or two. Yesterday was same deal. More

Prestige made an error, that I did not catch (my mistake) and getting them to correct it is like pulling teeth.. You can not charge sales tax on a dollar amount that was added to a loan used to pay off an old loan. I spoke with Kevin who worked my finance deal and all I get is an apology and the runaround. Hiram (Finance Manager) doesn't follow-up with what he said he would do. Great vehicle but once these guys get your money the customer service disappears. There will be more to come of my review as I am documenting my complete car buying experience with this dealership. More
