Sevice I took my Jeep for a oil change on July 5 2019, I had a 11:00 am appt when I drove in the service center they told me it would be 4 to 5 hr wait for I took my Jeep for a oil change on July 5 2019, I had a 11:00 am appt when I drove in the service center they told me it would be 4 to 5 hr wait for 15 min oil change. So they don't care about your appt. so why do they make them if the don't honor them. That is a unsatisfactory policy. (I did not stay I left irritated) I do not recommend them for small service even if you buy the car from them I DID. Tiffany More

False online advertising/price I was looking to buy a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2019, I build my car on Jeep website and the search for the exact car inventory .... this dealership I was looking to buy a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2019, I build my car on Jeep website and the search for the exact car inventory .... this dealership came up with a perfect match but car was in transit and didn't arrive at dealer yet... i looked the car up on there website and the have the car advertised MSRP $58240.00. Prestige discount $6989.00 SALE PRICE $51 251.00 then they even offer 2 more conditional programs so conditional Final Sale would be $49 751.00 (I didnt qualify for those) However $51 251.00 Advertised sale price I was ok with so drove there to put a deposit on that car ... first it took 15 min to have a sale guy come and see me, said friendly halo and I just gave him the VIN # and said I wanted to buy the car and make a deposit..... then it comes they wanted to ad extra's $175.00 to put air in my Tires(nitro) and some other stuff adding over $2500.00 I friendly declined those as its was all useless and not needed thing, I said I only want the sales price plus sales tax and doc fees .... They then didn't want to sell there Advertised online price ! This Dealer feels to me more like a con artiest. I went a little further to Jim March said what car I wanted showed then the online price and ordered a brand new one from them without any hassle or trying to sell me anything I didn't need They have a Disclaimer online saying that this price excludes Dealer installed options al comes to an added $2300.00 ! However this car was still in transit and NO OPTIONS were installed yet so there was nothing to charge me for besides the sales tax and doc fees ! More
