Sevice I took my Jeep for a oil change on July 5 2019, I had a 11:00 am appt when I drove in the service center they told me it would be 4 to 5 hr wait for I took my Jeep for a oil change on July 5 2019, I had a 11:00 am appt when I drove in the service center they told me it would be 4 to 5 hr wait for 15 min oil change. So they don't care about your appt. so why do they make them if the don't honor them. That is a unsatisfactory policy. (I did not stay I left irritated) I do not recommend them for small service even if you buy the car from them I DID. Tiffany More
