Worst Dealer I Have Ever Encountered We made an appointment for out 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a check engine light. My wife showed up on time at 8:00am the morning of the 12th. The s We made an appointment for out 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a check engine light. My wife showed up on time at 8:00am the morning of the 12th. The service advisor with a smart alec tone of voice told her that her car wouldn't be seen till Wednesday the 14th. She asked him why would she make an appointment on the 12th if her car wasn't going to be seen till later. He replied "You made that appointment to see me" like he was somebody special and I should be grateful that he would take the time to talk to her. This was only what happened in the first 10 minutes. Mi wife called the next day and the Jeep still hasn't been seen. She asked to speak to the manager and the same service advisor said he wasn't there. My wife at this point went to the dealer and demanded her car back. On her way out she saw the manager walking by but did not talk to him. So he lied that the manager was there. This is the first Chrysler product I have purchased and will most likely be the last because of this encounter. We have always been treated great at Ford. Now my wife went without a car for a day and a half and still has the check engine light on. What a joke. More

Dissatisfy It took to long for an appointment for a lube and oil change. After 30mins I ask what's taking so long, apparently no one was inform to wash my truck. The person who was assigned to my truck, never said a word or introduced himself until he brought my vehicle. Very bad service. This is the second time I've had bad service where I purchase my jeep. More
