Service Department has zero customer service skills I brought my Jeep Wranger in for a repair. The service team did not communicate with me at all through out the entire process. Calling into the service department is almost impossible its a continuous loop that never ends and if you actually get through for someone to transfer you the voicemail box is full. I know service departments across town have much left to be desired but this one was by far the worst one I have ever experienced. More

Service on Recall Prestige Service was great. Kenny was very friendly and honest. He was upfront in telling me that the part wasn’t in for the recall repair. But ordere Prestige Service was great. Kenny was very friendly and honest. He was upfront in telling me that the part wasn’t in for the recall repair. But ordered it right on the spot. In less than a day the part came in and Kenny called me immediately to schedule another appointment. While on the phone with him he also was able to an oil change service with my recall repair.
