Purchased a used vehicle at Prestige CDJR. Within 2 weeks, the "certified and inspected" used car was in need of a large repair. Prestige REFUSES to honor their 30 day warranty on used cars. Prestige has been servicing my "new to me" vehicle for a little over a year now. Every visit has been efficient and professional. However, this most recent visit with Eric as my Service Advisor was far an little over a year now. Every visit has been efficient and professional. However, this most recent visit with Eric as my Service Advisor was far and above the best. I was greeted promptly. He went over all service items with me both before and after. AND they have added a new service of taking their customers home (if they live within 10 miles), instead of having them wait for a couple hours in their lobby. This was a true blessing during my last service, as I had just returned from a road trip and had a lot to do at home. My time was much better spent getting that ride home, instead of being forced to wait. Plus, the driver was super friendly and safe! I truly appreciate the above and beyond service I received. More
