I did reach out to him initially. Was told that a 10% discount was the best he could do. Not even close to trying to help. As far as customer service, he also gets no stars. Very bad. I'm getting the feeling that this dealership cares nothing about their customers. Zero. And I will continue to post as much. I will NEVER return. I will also recommend to family and friends that this dealership should be avoided at all costs.
