Worst experience. The Service advisor, Andy, was very unprofessional. I was given my car back and immediately had a new check engine light that occurred while under the service department care. The first unprofessional. I was given my car back and immediately had a new check engine light that occurred while under the service department care. The first thing the service advisor wanted to do was charge me another $200.00 to diagnose. They took no responsibility and charged me another $527.00 to fix. I'd give zero stars but you can't post without choosing at least one. BEWARE!!! More
I had to take in my Dodge Avenger for service. A service rep named Kyle Mayo greeted me and listened to my concerns fully about why I was bringing in my car. He gave me his contact info and said he would call me within 1-2 days to let me know the outcome of their diagnosis. He called me within less than a day with the diagnosis. I approved the work to be done. He said to get the part it would take 10 days. It took less than a week to get the part and get it installed. I was so happy to get a call from Kyle, sooner than expected, letting me know that I was able to come pick up my car. It has been a couple of weeks now and the car is running great.
