I met the service writer, Lawrence when I arrived and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him about the code I had been able to get from a scan and he knew exactly what it was. Lawrence then adv was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him about the code I had been able to get from a scan and he knew exactly what it was. Lawrence then advised me that I was due for some other services but made it very clear that I did not have to do them at this time and could wait to have them performed. He gave me an estimated cost for my repair and service. I explained to Lawrence that I was having an issue with vehicles for my family and really needed to have this vehicle back pretty quickly ( by the end of the next day). Lawrence said that he would out a rush on it if he had the required parts for my repair. A couple of hours later he called and spoke to my wife and told her that even though I said go ahead with the repairs, he had made a mistake with the amount for the repair. He told her that the labor for the job was much higher than he had anticipated so he wanted to call and make sure we were good with it before continuing. Lawrence called by the end of the days and said it would be ready for pick up the next morning first thing. When I arrived to pick the car up he made sure it was washed prior to having it delivered to me. Lawrence was very professional and I was very impressed with the level of customer service he gave to me during my repair and service. I will be using Lawrence for my service needs in the future.
