Prestige has done an outstanding job taking car of my jeep in their service department. There was no time wasted, no upselling of services, a great multipoint check report and their service prices are go jeep in their service department. While the service manager Jack is no longer with Prestige, keeping him on as long as they did just makes this place look bad. It took over 5 months for my vehicle issues to be resolved. Prestige and Chrysler Care do not work well together, my case was closed a total of 3 times and marked as completed by the dealership and unknown to me since an open case for too long makes the dealership be questioned. When calling Chrysler Care they were the ones to inform us. An issue that would have taken a week or two to complete between both for a warranty issue took almost half a year and all over communication. It's embarrassing that us as the customer had to call both on an almost weekly basis for status updated and to make things move along. We are not rude or aggressive people in anyway and were very understanding, more than understanding on both ends, I even removed the reviews that were asked of me to be removed, which I did to get someone to call me, which of course the manager called me the same day. Thats the only way to get them to call you and listen and but of course for something in return. When the vehicle was finally going to be fixed I felt the least they could do was to let us use a courtesy vehicle for a few days. They of course declined, yet on every service advisors window a sign discusses how they are not responsible for personal item loss in a courtesy vehicle, which is odd since they don't offer that per district. Overall very disappointed since I bought a new vehicle from this place, bought all the warranty's and expected a lot more than what I received. More
