We needed a replacement part for our shifter because our key would not come out of the ignition. We waited almost two months for the part to come in. We called and set up a day to take the car in so they co key would not come out of the ignition. We waited almost two months for the part to come in. Obviously they did not even inspect it before releasing it to us. That was on June 9th it is now the 15th and we still have no car. We, at our expense, had to rent a car. My experience with this dealership was a mess to say the least. After call I was assured by Chris N. that there would be no trouble in getting financed with my good credit score. I contacted his office and go another sales rep WHO ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL CHECK INTO THE DELAY! He said that they where checking additional financing options.
