Attn: Jack Farris - Service Manager Its been 30 days - no response from Dealer - after stating on June 23 - "Please email our Service Manager, Jack Farris, at jfarris@prestigecdjr.com at a time that works best for you, so we can answer any questions and come up with a resolution." I responded the next day, and have not heard since. I responded both, on this website, and a direct e-mail to the dealership. It is very apparent, what the dealership's idea of Customer Service is. NO RESOLUTION - NO ATTEMPT AT A RESOLUTION.
