Had my dealer call him at least ten ti,es and no return call. Wasn't offered loaner or rent al car as per service agreement or car warranty. Ordered a part we already had at my dealer and waited three days for it to come in. Replaced the tire on Friday or Saturday and did not call us to come and pick it up. Did not call me to pick up the vehicle but called my wife. Complained to my wife about me calling him so many times. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this service department! More

Only feedback I have is to believe the customer before accusing them there’s not an issue when the customer drives the vehicle a lot more than the technician. More
The service department are totally unable to do anything other than change parts until the problem goes away. Troubleshooting is not in their comfort zone. > I brought in my Jeep because Warning "Transmission Temp Above Normal" on dashboard came on. > It came on total of 4 times, and each time it came on, I pulled over, shut off the engine, and waited for Temp Above Normal" on dashboard came on. > It came on total of 4 times, and each time it came on, I pulled over, shut off the engine, and waited for it to cool. > I brought it in as soon as I could after the first time I saw it. > Transmission fluid was Pink, when I brought it in, and it did not have any burnt smell to it. It was shifting good and smooth, no slippage. > I agreed to a $200 diagnostic fee, to be applied to repair. > Couple of days later, I received phone call that mechanic needed to open the transmission to better see what was wrong, but it seemed to indicate a torque converter issue. I was told diagnostic fee now was $3000. I was told they will finish diagnostic and find out what parts I may need to replace. > I got a call couple of days later, and was told Whole transmission was no good. I was told my options were rebuild the one in the vehicle at $8500, have them install another one at $7500, or pay the $3000 and have it put back together without any repairs. > Those were the only choices I was given. > Service advisor said ALL gears worn, clutches and bands burnt, bad valves, torque converter bad, pump bad, there were NO parts in the transmission that could be reused at all. I did not have much choice, so I told him I had to go with the $7500 new one. > 2 weeks later I got call that I can pick up the Jeep, this past Tuesday. > By the way, they installed the new transmission, and evidently it did not solve the problem, they said, and they had to replace the CPM. > When they replaced the CPM, he said all was good. > He said they will not charge me for the CPM. > The CPM is less than $400. > If replacing the transmission did not cure the problem, at $7500 (plus tax), why am I being charged for it, when it took the $400 computer module to fix it. > What did I get for the money I spent for Diagnostics? > Was the transmission really burnt and totally damaged inside? Why was fluid pink, and why was there not a burnt smell to it? > Vehicle has less than 80,000 miles on it. > Vehicle has been very well taken care of. > I will state, that I was told I was receiving a $200 discount for being either a Veteran, or for being Senior Citizen.
