When we arrived at prestige to look for a jeep overland we did not know what to expect. But Cristian Durante and Tyler Lavin were super helpful and were not your typical overly aggressive salesperson. They we did not know what to expect. I recently purchased my second vehicles from prestige. The experience went great! I have been looking for a vehicle for 3 weeks now. I went to prestige once in those three weeks, I could find a vehicle I liked. Come week 3 I found a vehicle online and went to purchase it. Unfortunately the vehicle had already been sold the day prior. As I was walking out the supervisor I believe his name was Tyler. Asked me what he could do to get me a vehicle. I told him I was looking for a Ram 1500 night addition. He was unable to find but stated he would black out rims on a all white Ram 1500. He was adamant about getting me into a vehicle and genuinely wanting to help. Tyler did not give me any bad vibes nor did he seem pushy. He was straight up about prices and what he could do to lower it. We were able to agree on a price of a new Ram 1500. During that time my sales lady “T” did the MOST. She consistently asked if we needed water or if we were hungry due to us being there for a lengthy amount of time. During this time my cell phone started to die and I needed a charger. I asked her for one, after asking her for a phone charger she went around to each of the employees and asked if they had a phone charger that they could spare. She was able to find one for me during this time. She was honestly the best salesman I have had while purchasing a vehicle. T has a bubbly personality and is able to joke around. She definitely tells you what she can and can not do. This is my second vehicle that I purchased with prestige. I plan going to prestige Dodge for another when needed. More

The e-mail given, is returned as NON DELIVERABLE The following is the response I sent to above given e-mail address. Dear Sir, "Dealer Rater" has forwarded your dealership response me, to contact you. My name is John Wojciechowski, and in June, I brought in my Jeep because of a warning light "Transmission Temp Above Normal". I paid for Diagnostics - first I was told, $200, and then a couple of days later, I was told I had to pay $2000 for the diagnostics. Your Service Advisor said I needed a new transmission, and you replaced it for $8,000. At issue here, is that after you replaced the transmission, the problem was not fixed - same warning light kept coming up. The new $8,000 transmission did not fix the problem. You then replaced the CPM - Computer Powertrain Computer, and yes, that did fix the problem. There was nothing wrong with the original transmission, only signals that the bad CPM was sending to it. As a matter of fact, when the vehicle was first sold, there were Recalls, and service bulletins, concerning this very same scenario, but to correct it, the repair was not to replace the transmissions, but to replace, or reflash, the CPM's. You charged me $8,000 for a transmission that did not fix the problem I brought the vehicle in for, but you gave me the $400 CPM that did fix it. Why was the "Diagnostics" that I paid for, not done correctly? This is second complaint on this issue, on the first one, you asked me to contact Jack Farris, who did not respond to my e-mail to him, at the dealership, or on the Dealer Rating website. Very attentive, and clean! ! I was surprised how fast they finished the work on my grand cherokee!! They even called me to let me know the jeep was done! And i can pick it up an !
