Dropped vehicle off for service on a Wednesday at 7am. Was told it could be up to 48 hours before they are able to run diagnostics. Heard nothing by Friday afternoon, so I contacted them. Why didn't any other service advisor or the service manager contact me to give me an update, knowing my advisor was out? Even when I asked for an update, no one else could look it up. On Monday I finally heard from my advisor asking which repairs I wanted to proceed with. Had I been asked this the previous Friday, the parts could have been ordered that day and work could have started. Parts were ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday and Wednesday. No one bothered to start work when the part arrived or even check if the parts were correct or damaged. I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on and was told every other vehicle in the shop had been there longer (7 days at this point). It appeared to me that since my work was warranty work, I was being sidelined. When they finally started work on Friday, they realized one of the parts was damaged and they had to order new ones that wouldn't arrive until the following week. Until work actually started on Friday (9 days after dropping it off), not once did the service department contact me with updates, I had to initiate contact every day. Customer service is dead. More
Everyone is so friendly. I appreciate being greeted with a smile. They always take great care of my car and tell me exactly what needs to be done. I purchased my Ram2500 at Prestige new in 2018, since then they have changed hands. I moved out of the area. Due to scheduling issues I had to go to Las Vegas and not Carson City which is closer to my h then they have changed hands. I moved out of the area. Due to scheduling issues I had to go to Las Vegas and not Carson City which is closer to my home. I am so happy in the future I will drive the extra miles to get to Prestige. They went beyond just good customer service. They have got my business. BTW I live 200 miles from Prestige and the drive is worth the time and money! More
