I bought my truck from this dealership back in 2019. My 04’ Cummins served me well but the new 5th Gen Cummins captured my attention so I traded it in. That’s the ONLY good thing that came from this dealership under the OLD ownership. Service was a nightmare. A bunch of grown men with too much ego and testosterone acting like children with slick comments and smart xxx remarks. ENTER NEW OWNERSHIP: Due to my horrible experience not only with service but dealing with my multiple recalls that could “never” be addressed I drove 23 miles further to Desert 215 Superstore. However that became taxing and time consuming. At the end of January my fuel pump failed due to one of the recalls so it had to be towed to Prestige which I was dreading. I met with a man named Lawrence who would become my service advisor. He was upfront and very honest from the jump and told me it would be months before my truck would even be able to be looked at. At this point it was unavoidable. For the next 3 weeks my truck sat in the parking lot BUT Lawrence actively communicated with me. Even though there was no movement on my truck he informed me. That I appreciated more than anything so I wasn’t left in the dark. February 14 came and he called me to let me know the diesel tech looked at my truck and it wasn’t the fuel pump but the motor mounted fuel filter housing cracked. He said he could have it done by the end of the week along with the brakes I desperately needed. It gets better. He messages me a few hours later and surprised me to let me know my truck was finished and ready for pick up. Minus the little $1700 for new brakes and fuel filter housing my truck was good as new. Picked up my truck that day and he informed me he order the recall part as well and as soon as it’s available he’ll contact me. 2 years I couldn’t get this taken care of. 3 weeks and this has been the best experience I’ve EVER had at a service department for a dealership. If you need a service advisor go see Lawerence. You can’t miss his office. He has ALL the plaques and awards on the window and wall. More
This place is the only dealership that did not want to honor the Mopar coupon thats located in the app. The guy made up a story about the copon being a service plan I had to purchase through mopar. I called Mopar they had no clue what the dealership was asking of me to redeem the cupon. I had a 9:40 appointment for an oil change. 3.5 hours later and I'm still sitting here. Another guy sitting her is coming up on a 4 hour wait. Do not buy here, or get your car serviced here. No one here cares. Every customer that I've seen in here today has been unhappy. This location is closest to me but I'd rather travel to Henderson during rush hour traffic than ever come here. More
Brought my truck in for suspension issues. I knew I had an exhaust leak but forgot about it. Their tech noticed this and brought it to my attention. They were able to fix it under warranty. I have to say the customer services has not been great here. This is my 2nd time getting my vehicle serviced here and both times have a mandatory reservation requirement. Both times I have has to sit and wait well over 2 hours for the service (oil change) to be completed. Today I had a 8:20A service appointment and now at 12:30 I am still waiting for this service to be completed. If you are going to provide service appointments with specific dates and times for service, stop over booking and making your customers wait hours for the work and back log to be completed. completely unacceptable wast of your customers time. My previous service, I was not satisfied at all. I took my Wagoneer for a oil change and repair or replacement of a seat belt. After 3 hours , I was told it was ready and the seat belt would need to be ordered. Nothing was said about the oil change and I thought it had been done but no it wasn’t I was very upset about this. On my return visit Eric was my service guy and he did a very good job of taking care of all of our needs and sped up the service because I had a little one with me. Eric was very considerate to my needs and explained all what was done after the service. I will request Eric always going forward More
