Prestige has the best service department I have ever worked with for a vehicle. Chrysler had given a 10-14 day estimate for parts and Jack, Service Director, was able to expedite that to just under a worked with for a vehicle. The other 3 people I spoke with when I was trying to get information on my warranty were absolutely useless!! nobody knew nothing had me contact Towbin Dodge they referred me back to Prestige a bunch of back and forth when all I had to do was ask the service guys who were able to pull up all my information regarding my warranty. That's the reason why I gave 3 stars other than that everything else was prestige! More
This was my first trip to the dealership. Robert was my service advisor. It was a friday afternoon when I got there. I had a warranty issue. I got my vehicle back, repaired on the same day. My jeep is working perfectly now. It took some time to figure out exactly what was going on and sort out the insurance portion, but in the end, everything was solved. I can't thank Andy enough for all the hard work he had to do. I know he was a little frustrated that things took so long, but I have learned that these newer Jeeps, particularly the Grand Cherokee, have more than a dozen computers that aren't easy to diagnose. Add some hardware problems, and the challenge is even greater. Andy persevered and got me back my jeep in fine shape. He is a keeper. All 10s!! Even an 11 for Andy. More
My service time was 1:00pm, I arrived at 12:40pm and was met immediately by Lawrence, the service writer, I was checked in and my service requests verified by the Lawrence. About 5 minutes after I sat down in the waiting area, Lawrence sent a text to notify me that if I had any questions during the service period, to feel free to let him know. About 2 hours in, I sent one text inquiring as to progress and Lawrence responded immediately that my vehicle was almost ready. Throughout my service visit, I felt confident and relaxed, Lawrence helped with that by being professional and available. It was a very pain free visit with no unnecessary frills. Thank you for that.
