I had a scheduled service at 8:00 which was a 24,000 service. This took 90 minutes. Then I needed to have a cowl replaced which should have taken 30 minutes instead took 60 minutes. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was patient, accommodating, and polite. When I came to pick up the car, the process was fast and convenient. I wasn't pressured into anything I did not want, which is something I've seen countless times in other dealerships. At the end, I was given a tour of the car and a rundown of all the technology features. My favorite part is that from the beginning to the end of this process, there were no surprises. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Premier Subaru in the future. More
