I was fussy, nervous, and anxious but all of that went away as we worked with Matt. Rick, Rodney, My Subaru ‘school teacher’ Andi, all were extremely nice, knowledgeable and very patient. The whole “family” made it a fabulous experience! Sadly one week later, about 111 miles, my new beautiful blue Forrester was pelted with hail while at work in Wallingford. 75! dings on my hood caused me to meet your wonderful service department already, La’Trell and Nicholas were very kind and all were sympathetic.
