Jeff met me in the parking lot as I looked around at both new and used cars and was very friendly and helpful from the start. He knew a lot about the cars and any questions I had that he was unsure of he mad new and used cars and was very friendly and helpful from the start. Once I found the car I wanted, he was very scrupulous and meticulous about going over all of the details and making sure I knew all the ins and outs of the cars features, the warranty, and how the deal for the car would work. He helped get the price down to a level that I was very comfortable with and I definitely appreciate everything he did for me. He followed up the day after I left with the car to make sure everything was going well which it surely was. I would highly recommend buying a Subaru purely based about the quality of the car and just as confidently recommend buying your Subaru from Jeff Lambert at Premier Subaru of Branford. More

My wife and I have purchased three new cars from Premier Subaru and the Sales folks have delighted us each time. Both cars that I purchased through Premier were priced very aggressively and on top of that, Subaru and the Sales folks have delighted us each time. Both cars that I purchased through Premier were priced very aggressively and on top of that, I received a great trade-in value for the car I was parting with. In the past, I have always sold my “trade-in” myself, but the trade-in Premier offered was the same as my intended sale price without all the hassle. Additionally, doing a trade means I only pay tax on the difference between trade-in and new car sales price! My recent purchase was the brand new 2013 Crosstrek. Adam and Bob were able to locate the exact model with all the options I wanted at a very good price. The Sales and Service process at this dealer is top notch!! Truly all great folks to deal with and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. More

This allows the salespersons to focus on picking from a wide range of options and styles. I also liked that the owner of the dealership was on the floor answering questions and greeting all of the customers in a professional and friendly manner. After looking at the cars and test driving them the dealership was very helpful with our busy schedule allowing us to transact much of the process via email. The trade in process was very smooth and they provided a no bait and switch fair trade for our old car. The one item we did not care for was the pitch for the extended service contract. I know they have to do it and the Finance Manager did not use any pressure he was great eplained the Pros and Cons, we just figured with such high ratings from Edmunds and Consumer Reports it is a tough sale and I think they realize it so they are careful not to deminish their brand by overselling this option. All of the features of the car were described at pick up and we were in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. All in all a great dealership, with a great value, We give them an A+. More

I must say that dealing with Herman Winston and his team was a pleasure. The deal I got was great and I can't say enough good things about my 2011 Subaru Legacy 3.6R limited. I've had the Legacy one month and the car is simply amazing. I can tell you this, if you are buying a Subaru this IS the place to go. I have never seen a service center so clean. I traveled over 50 miles to buy this car and it was time well spent. More
