I then met Herman Winston who was very know- of the product and proceeded to take all the time that was necessary to answer all of my questions, took me for a demonstration ride. upon returning to the dealership showed me the service dept and introduced me to the service manager. We then went through the inventory and found the car that I purchesed the following day. My sales person, Herman Winston made me feel very comfortable through the entire sale and delivery I would recommend both Herman and the dealership to my friends and others that I am sure will admire the Subaru Legacy that I purchased. Upon learning how much work my 2001 Outback needed and what it was going to cost, I decided to use the money on a deposit for a newer vehicle. After giving him a few thoughts as to what I had in mind, we were test driving a car that felt great and, most important to me, in my price range. Herman went out of his way to make sure I had all the extras for my new car...including new floor mats, winter floor mats, trunk tray, etc... My experience at Premier Subaru was exceptional. When they advertise "no haggle" they mean it and that takes a lot of the stress of going to a dealer off the customer.
