It's been 20 years since we shopped for a new or almost new car, so we wanted a vehicle that was going to be nice in appearance, but also reliable and good on gas. Today, we drove home our 2011 Subaru Forrester Limited that appears to have all of those qualities. Herman Winston was our salesman and he bent over backwards to meet our needs in choosing vehicle. Outstanding staff. From the initial contact with Rita Ruhland to my salesman, Herman Winston, they made buying a car so easy...these people got "it" together. He was so informative, describing in detail the differences and improvements between the '12 and'13 Outbacks. After a test drive, we were hooked. We sat down with Rodney to go over all the financial paperwork and he carefully explained all the details. We have bought a number of cars at dealerships in New York, NJ, and Connecticut, and the employees at Premier were by far the most accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable people we have ever encountered.
