I unfortunately had to trade in my 2013 XV Crosstrek for a new one due to a mishap in the service department. The trade was negotiated and smooth and the customer service was excellent. Adam Arsenault is the best car salesman and customer service representative I have ever worked with. He is an outstanding man, and I couldn't thank him enough for all of the hard work and dedication he provided during this experience. I am so pleased with him as a person and a business man. All of the employees that I've dealt with thus far have been amazing as well, but Adam stood out beyond the others. I'm more than pleased with everything and I'm excited to get better acquainted with my new XV Crosstrek. More
I have found consistent excellent service with Premier, but my issue occurred when my autobody guy requested that I pick up the two parts he needed. I would expect the parts guy to know the proper way of determining exactly what is needed. More

I had brought my mom to this dealership to look into getting her a new lease. While there, I was impressed by the affordability of the cars, and way we were treated. Mark Gennette heard my situation, and rather than feeling taken advantage of because he knew I needed a car, he tried to get me the best deal he could. He listened to the features I was looking for, the activities I do, and took my budget into consideration and found me the perfect car! Even the test drive was suited to my driving style! He drove me around town to my credit union and the shop where my car was to collect belongings, and couldn't have been friendlier. Since I was there most of the day, my phone died, and Ted was kind enough to lend me his charger. Rodney was great, and helped the numbers make sense to me. For a single woman to walk into a dealership and feel this comfortable says a lot about the caliber of people hired there. Thank you so much.
