I HEARD ABOUT PERMIER SUBARU VIA AUTOTRADER. I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY 2009 HONDA PILOT TOURING FOR A PRE OWNED SUBARU STI AND PREMIER HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR (2008 STI FULLY LOADED). TH LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY 2009 HONDA PILOT TOURING FOR A PRE OWNED SUBARU STI AND PREMIER HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR (2008 STI FULLY LOADED). THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH. THE FIRST THING I DID WAS CONTACT THE DEALER VIA PHONE AND SPOKE WITH MR. MARK GINNETTE WHO WAS AMAZING!!!! UNLIKE OTHER DEALERS I CONTACTED, MARK GAVE ME HIS UNDIVIDED ATTENTION AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD FOR HIM WITH NO HICCUPS OR ANY ATTITUDE. I WAS SO CONVINCED THAT I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER AFTER I SPOKE TO MARK THAT I DID NOT MIND DRIVING 1 AND A 1/2 TO GO SEE THE STI. ONCE I GOT TO PREMIER MARK WAS ALREADY WAITING AT THE DOOR FOR ME. HE GREETED ME AND WE STARTED TALKING BUSINESS RIGHT AWAY... THE THING I LOVED THE MOST ABOUT MARK WAS THAT HE NEVER PRESSURED ME INTO ANYTHING AND WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH ME (I NEVER GOT THAT FROM ANY DEALERS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST). MARK IS BASICALLY A PHENOMENAL SALES MAN!! I ALSO HAD THE OPPURTUNITY TO MEET THE SALES MANAGER BARBARA MULLEN WHO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND IS THE COOLEST EVER!! WHAT SURPRISED ME MOST ABOUT BARBARA IS THAT SHE IS VERY INTO SUBARUS AND SHE EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT HER WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE SHE HAD AT A RALLY EVENT SHE ATTENDED (HOW COOL IS THAT!!!!) WELL I CAN GO ON FOR DAYS ON HOW GOOD I WAS TREATED AT PREMIER SUBARU....ONE MORE I ALMOST FORGOT I EVEN GOT TO MEET THE PRESIDENT AND GM ROBERT ALVINE WHO WAS ALSO AN AMAZING PERSON AND ALSO HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS (THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!). AFTER ALL THIS GOOD TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM EVERYONE AT PREMIER I PULLED THE TRIGGER AND PURCHASED MY 2008 SUBARU STI FROM THEM. What I was particularly impressed with was the fact that even though my husband accompanied me, once they knew I was buying the car then I was the person they focused on. Buying a car is a daunting experience. If you go by what the advertising world wants you to know, every car is the perfect car... We had no experience to draw from when we pulled into Premiere Subaru... Our goal was to look at used cars, but as it often happens, we ended up buying our very first brand new car. We could not be happier. Barb answered all the questions we had about the car, and even let us talk to the service people in the back of the dealership. We spent about 4 hours at the dealership looking at cars and test driving new and used ones, but never felt pushed or pressured to do anything we did not feel comfortable doing. We ended up buying a new car because, in the end, that seemed to be the smartest thing we could do given the deal they were offering. We are thrilled with our new Outback and we still can't believe it is ours... I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a car... After a less than pleasant visit to another local Subaru dealer we came to Premier and worked with Adam on a 2013 Forester lease. Adam was the most pleasant customer rep we have ever worked with. On delivery he went through every feature and showed us evey thing in the car in great detail and left out nothing. He took us through the repair and parts area and made sure when we return for service that we know exactly where everything is. The most pleasant lease/purchase we have ever had in over 40 years of driving and buying cars. We highly recommend Premier and Adam. More

I am 77 years old and today I bought the 11th car of my lifetime! And this dealer was the best of them all! The salespeople were pleasant and easy to deal with. Also, about 10 days ago the SERVICE Dept conducted an in-house seminar on how they deal with service questions. That was particularly useful! WHEN I picked up the car today Barbara patiently answered all our questions so there was no issue that was unresolved. We drove home feeling we had a thorough briefing on our new vehicle and that all our questions were answered. Further, we paid what I regarded as a good price. We had some trepidation initially in returning to Premier. A couple of years ago we looked at a used Outback and got an overzealous sales person who inundated us with phone calls and mailings. I must say, I am SO glad we came back!!! Tim Rourke was fantastic! Straightforward and determined to find a way to satisfy our needs, he was creative and relentless in scouring the inventory - lo and behold, we ended up going with a new Outback and we couldn't be happier. Special thanks and blessing to Rodney from premier Subaru in Branford CT who went far and beyond to help us purchase our new car. We fell on some hard time in 2007 and our credit was not good.
