I should have given Jeff Irzyk a big pat on the back for a great job back in March of this year. Sorry a little late. Hid did a great job with the sale of my new 2013 Subaru Legacy. The other is about service. I dealt with Gary Christiansen as vehicle needed 7500 mile check up done. Had issue with sun roof leaking and they resealed it. The problem was that some people don't take pride in what they do. Something was not put back correctly after taking the ceiling down. Sent email to Gary who's email is not working or incorrect so it came back undeliverable. Email was forwarded to Cindy who said she would make sure Gary saw email. But I questioned a couple of things that were done or not done on my car. Waited for three days for answer and nothing. So on the third day I forwarded the email to Dennis the service manager. Later that day I did receive email from Gary on the issues. I didn't quite agree on the answers. So I felt there was a need to make a trip to see Dennis. I did see Dennis and we had a discussion about customer service and some inconsistencies that had occurred. Dennis did apologize, and I wanted to make sure we were on the same page about customer service and people taking pride in their work. But I felt that there was not a real satisfaction there after I left. Some times we all may slack a little but need to step up to the plate and take ownership of what ever it may be. Hopefully the future will be better. More
We bought the 1st car last year because of the price and when it was time for a new (used) car we came back because of the good experience we had with the product and the service. An extra value for us with premier subaru was connecting us to an insurance company, a big thing for a non citizen like me. More

I was in for an oil change and was waiting for it to be completed in the waiting room. While I was waiting a very professionally dressed young woman came over an introduced herself. (I only remember the last name because she wrote it down on a letter she gave me) We chatted for a moment, she is a sweet heart! Asked about my wife and what I liked about my 2002 Forester. I told her that I wished it was a bit smaller and newer. She then said that the dealership was looking to buy some of the older models of Subaru. She mentioned mine may have a few more miles than what was acceptable for the program, but if I was interested she would appraise my car for a trade in. I liked how she did this. Made me feel important and worthy. I WAS interested in a model they had on the lot. So she asked for my key and appraised it. Before she did that she introduced me to a sales manager (Tom I think) and a sales person, named Chris. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I had a wonderful experience and would have traded in on the spot, but my wife wanted to be there. Kristin mentioned this and actually offered to pick her up and bring her over! Wow, who goes out of their way to do that? I was impressed! Unfortunately, the wife was out shopping, but we will both be back to trade up. We will purchase from Subaru for the rest of our lives! Where else do you get service like that! I really hope that young lady is there when I return. More
Daniel was an amazing person to work with. He was more than what you expect a car salesman to be. He connected with us and helped us pick out the car we wanted and that we needed. He didnt just try to sel than what you expect a car salesman to be. He connected with us and helped us pick out the car we wanted and that we needed. He didnt just try to sell us the most expensive car. He went way out of his way to help us out and get us the best possible deal. It was by far the best experience we have had buying a car. Shopping over the internet from Canada could be daunting, but as soon as their web staff put me in contact with Ted it went smooth and easy. And Ted was always answering my question quite fast. I finally ordered a brand new Outback from the factory which gave me the time to prepare for export. Ted and Mike were there when I needed assistance toward the export process. when I got to Branford to get the car every papers needed was done thx to Mike and the border crossing went pretty smooth :-) Now I've been driving my Outback for 6 weeks , winter is well on it's way here (minus 5F last week!) and I enjoy A LOT the 4WD of my Subaru! Thank you very much to all the team at Premier Subaru! Would I do business again with them? you bet! nic More

Well to our surprise Richard the sales manager picked up on our tension level immediately and talked to us for awhile and calmed us down. Picking out our great salesman Ted. He listened to what we were in search of and picked out a couple of prospective vehicles. There was NO pressure just explaniations as to the differences between our choices. Then we zeroed in on one and BANG The beautiful 2014 Outback Limited with all the features we were looking for. A short test drive with more detailed explaniations and we knew that this car was for us. At the end of our drive we decided to go with a deposit to hold the vehicle so we could go and look at a few other XXX vehicles we had in mind. Next day after our search ended we returned spoke to Richard and Ted again and started the purchasing process of our dream car. Yes dream car. We then worked with MIcheal who seamlessly filled in all the blanks with some more helpful car reviews. Set a date and returned again to smiles, hand shakes and coffee. We then started the final purchasing experience with Richard, Ted and Micheals calming guidance. Next Ted had the big job; my wife, jittery over a very big storm coming. She was suffering from as I call "chicken little syndrome". He brought our shinny new vehicle down and explained everything on how to drive, adjusting everything, handed over the keys and she was off. "Many, Many Thanks TED and ALL"! Yes we will see you soon and finish filling in the ??? blanks. All in all this was the best car buying experience we have ever been through and look forward to the Service side of our Subaru purchase. More
John Dockendorff was wonderful to work with. He was exceptionally patient and worked extremely hard to make sure that we were very happy with our new vehicle. My 21 year son and I walked into Premier Subaru in Branford to the friendly eyes of Daniel who instantly introduced himself. We had been to another subaru dealership in Milford a day before. My son Branford to the friendly eyes of Daniel who instantly introduced himself. We had been to another subaru dealership in Milford a day before. My son knew knew what car he wanted and had his heart set on it. Daniel carefully took us through the steps of the car buying process. This was a first experience for my son who was instanly taken under Daniel's wing and shown a detailed evaluation of the car. This was not done by the Miford dealership. He carefully went through the car showing him every aspect of it and they went for a test drive. Daniel was very informative and made sure Brian understood everything he was explaining to him. We discussed the treatment we experienced by the Subaru dealership in Milford and was told that many of the things they did were wrong such as keeping his title to the jeep he drives along with the jeeps registration . Daniel then put our care into the welcoming hands of Mike Meyer. Mike also took Brian under his wing gathering all the information needed to try to obtain a bank that would give him a loan. Brian did not sleep the night before we were to hear if a loan came through. Unfortuatley a loan could not be obtained and Mike called Brian with the news. Mike Meyer tried everything in his power to get a company to take him on. He went down every path imaginable. We were called and updated not only by Mike but also by Daniel who was right on top of the proceess. They both wanted to see Brian in this car but at this time it was not meant to be. I believe this was a huge learning experience for Brian and with the help of Daniel and Mike he will save more money, obtain more credit and try again in the spring. You guys went over and beyond for us and we are deeply, truly thankful. I have already reccommended your dealership to several people and with God's grace Brian will be seeing all of you in t2he spring. Leah Tortora More
