General Sales Manager Rich Johnson has reached out to me in order to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, he is "quite disappointed that you allowed the negative review to go live. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why I should take care of your problem now that you have caused one for me". I am in the deployable military branch and can not make it back to my home email often. This quote was in the response from Rich after getting back from a patrol, and after playing phone tag with him for 3 weeks(on patrol). The bottom line is, I had a bad experience at the dealership. The General Sales Manger would like to pay for a $300 repair already needed on my month old Subaru I purchased from Priemer. I appreciate the efforts, but I still stand by my honest review and will not back down to bullying. I will be back to the dealership for the repair when I'm back from my next patrol. Maybe more efforts, on behalf of the dealership, will be made to resolve this issue.
