We came on a Sunday to just check out the cars and get an idea of what we were looking for. The lot was jammed full of people doing the same thing we were. Although we had to wait a while for Herman to help us as he was in the middle of helping another couple, our wait was worth it. Herman was delightful to deal with. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although we were originally "just looking"; it was because of Herman that we put a deposit down that day. He went out of his way to work with us to get the financing we needed that would fit into our budget. When we picked it up four days later, he put new mats in the car, as there weren't any and he filled the gas tank up, much to our surprise. Then he took a picture of us smiling away with our new purchase. Rodney was very descriptive when he went through the papers with us. He made sure we understood everything before we left. Although we live about 40 minutes away, the distance was well worth the drive. We're thrilled with our new (used) car and with the way we were treated at Premier Subaru. Herman especially is a wonderful asset for your business. Everyone we met there could not have been nicer. We will definitely recommend Premier Subaru to anyone we know who is looking for a car.
