Barb Mullen is the best!! I have driven Subaru Forester's for the last 15yrs, 2 prior leases then we finally purchase one in 2005. We started shopping around looking and test driving other SUVs and found the other ones felt too top heavy and did not handle like a Subaru. I called Barb up our agent from Premier Subaru in Branford she had originally sold us the car and I asked her, remember me ? she sure did! she even remembered the car we had purchased 9 years ago. Barb Mullen checked in with us over the years we even received Christmas cards from her, I used to tell her nah my next car is going to be a sports car (ha ha) well that didn't happen, someday I still hope to but living in New England can be unforgiving in the winter. I never forgot Barb's name and even though there are other dealerships located near us we still chose to go right back to Premier to lease a new 2015 Forester Limited. I read numerous reviews of various Subaru dealerships in my area and after reading all the very good reviews for Premier Subaru in Branford, my wife a I read numerous reviews of various Subaru dealerships in my area and after reading all the very good reviews for Premier Subaru in Branford, my wife and I decided to visit their office on a rainy Saturday afternoon to shop for a new (2015) Subaru Outback. Boy, did we get lucky to have Pete Delgado assigned to us. From the first moment we met Pete to the time I picked up our new car, he exhibited the traits that one could only hope for in a car salesman - very professional, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and one who goes out of his way to make sure all questions are answered. If he did not know the answer to any of your questions, rest assured that he will get back to you with answers. He was very patient with us throughout the buying process and never tried to sell us anything more than what we were looking for. As for pricing, Premier Subaru could not be beat. In fact, my wife and I drove more than 40 miles to Premier Subaru when other Subaru dealerships are more conveniently located from us. I am the kind of person who does not mind travelling to get exactly what I was looking for and I am very glad we did. If you do decide to buy a car (whether or new or used), I would highly recommend Pete Delgado and Premier Subaru. More

I went to Premier to test drive a certified used ca My experience with Premier Subaru (Branford) was a bit of a headache but overall very pleasant. I went to Premier to test drive a certified used car and was lucky to get Barb Mullen for my sales rep. Barb is the epitome of car sales done right. She provided an absolute no pressure environment and genuinely cared about making me happy. I initially wanted to trade in my old car but after the sales manager offered less than half of its worth I was forced to sell private party. During this process Barb was always there at a drop of a hat and made sure I ended up in the car I wanted. Within a week of owning the car, I realized the front speakers didn’t work and the steering rack started to leak. Originally they told me it wasn’t covered under warranty and that I had to pay $1200+ to get it fixed. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Brian Iaguessa in the service department, and he did everything he could (going to his manager, and eventually to the owner Bob Alvine) to get it fixed at no cost to me. It took a week to get my steering rack replaced and another 3 weeks to get my speakers settled. In Summary: Pros: - Buying a car at Premier is extremely easy and very pleasant (i.e. Barb Mullen). - The staff in the service department care (i.e. Brian Iaguessa). Cons: - Used cars are not checked as thorough as you would like. - Typical dealership trade in values More
