As a woman buying a car on my own for the first time, I found the perfect salesman in Ted Astarita. Ted was patient, a great listener, willing to take time to explore options (including leasing v. buying, and new vs. pre-owned), understanding, knowledgeable, and honestly dedicated to helping me find the right car for me. He answered my numerous questions and even on the busiest days gave my needs his full attention. Since leasing my new Outback, he has remained interested in my experience with the car, and has been generous with his time in terms of answering my questions and arranging to get my new iPhone synched to the car. I had a special issue which forced me to delay the start of my lease. Ted and the dealership management went beyond the call to hold onto my car for me until I was able to close the deal. In today's world, good customer service is sadly harder and harder to find. I'm thrilled to have found Premier Subaru, and look forward to buying/leasing more cars there in the years to come. More

While my experience with the people at the previous dealer was good, Premier offers some services that the other didn't (warranty, oil change program, etc). Pete was personable and engaged throughout the process. The wait for the car was longer than expected, but that was really the result of a High demand / Low supply time window. Even with capitalism working against me, the dealership happily accepted "special pricing program". Overall, purchasing was a great experience. Lets hope that their service dept shines as brightly as their sales. More

Stopping at Premier Subaru in Branford, we were introduced to Helena O'Connell who made what could have been like a trip to the Dentist into something entirely different. Helena showed us how we could purchase a 2014 Legacy and a 2011 Forester essentially within our budget and meeting all our needs. She is friendly, professional and took the time to answer all our questions in detail. We were then introduced to Rodney Pomerleau who helped us to make the financial decisions necessary to get us started. Rodney is truly a pleasure to work with. When it came time to pick up the vehicles, both Helena and Rodney made the whole process as easy as possible. Rodney is to be commended for the way in which he gives you the confidence that you have been treated fairly and professionally. When we had a glitch with emissions on Forester, Helen took care of the problem and actually delivered the Forester to our House the following Morning.
