We didn't really expect to go home with my new car that day but we sure enough we did! Rodney Pomerleau was also terrific with the financing end of the deal. Tony followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with our purchase or if we had any questions and we really recommend him and Premier Suburu highly! More
Best First New Car Buying Experience Imaginable I've never purchased a new car and Rita and Adam Arsenault made buying my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek a dream. I knew exactly what car I wanted and that I've never purchased a new car and Rita and Adam Arsenault made buying my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek a dream. I knew exactly what car I wanted and that it was in their inventory so we did all of the paperwork remotely and it was seamless. Adam sat with me in the car and explained all of the features and even set up my Bluetooth to my phone for me while I was going through the purchase formalities. Rodney was wonderful at explaining all of the warranties and protection plans and was extremely pleasant and friendly. I hope these guys never leave Premier because I will absolutely be back when it's time for my next Subaru. Their level professionalism and the overall experience alone may have even converted my mom to a soon to be Premier Subaru customer as well! More

Helena O'Connell was our primary sales person an I have been buying cars for over 30 years and this was far and away the best buying experience ever. Helena O'Connell was our primary sales person and she was very helpful, yet not pushy. When she was out ill, Ted Astarita stepped in seamlessly. He was also fantastic. Really showed great teamwork. They answered all our questions, pointed out things we didn't know, and really helped us make an easy decision. They found the exact car we wanted and had it ready to go the day we asked for it. Their follow-up post sale in the first 3 days was also great. Several emails to see if we had questions and discussing service. All of that was just frosting on the cake - they also beat everyone else's price. The experience was so great and everyone so friendly and helpful that we are planning on driving the 50 plus miles from our home to their dealership for service. I know it will be an equally fantastic experience. I will definitely buy another car from Premier Subaru in Branford. More

It was the fastest car purchase we've ever made because the car was in grea We recently bought a 2009 Forester from sales consultant Helena O'Connell. It was the fastest car purchase we've ever made because the car was in great shape despite its 125,000 miles, Helena was terrifically helpful, and the money was right. They even offered to store our AW tires when we put snow tires on the car. We were thrilled and walked out big fans of the dealership. It wasn't until a month later that we tried the CD player and found that it didn't work. We knew that the player wasn't under warranty but brought the car back anyway. It was a tricky point -- Subaru wasn't legally required to do anything for us but we felt that they were ethically responsible as the player must have been broken when we bought the car. Will Petrillo made the decision to replace the player for free. We're even bigger fans now because we feel we can count on the dealership to take care of us in the future -- important when you're dealing with a used car. More

We spent several hours with Mark before we decided on the Forester that we finally agreed on. Mark was always pleasant and patient during all discussions. My wife and I always thought he was looking out for our interest. After we bought the vehicle the only day we could take delivery was on a Sunday...Marks day off...He came in that day to accommodate us. Also, we had plans the day we purchased the car to see other makes at other dealerships. Our experience with Mark and the Premier dealership was so positive that we ended our search before it really started.
