Great experience Mark made everything easy. From the time we walked in until we picked up our car. He spent over and hour and a half going over all the features of the Mark made everything easy. He spent over and hour and a half going over all the features of the car with my wife ( the main user) to make sure she understood each feature and how to use them. We both were very pleased with the entire experience and would use Premier again in the future if the need arises. Needless to say price is important. No one wants to over pay. We got the best deal from Premier. More

He answered all our questions, was very honest and straight forward, and he kept us informed all week about the status of my car while they swapped it in from another dealership. On delivery day, he took all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable before we drove off happily in our new Subaru. I have already recommended Premier and Tony to anyone who would listen! They continually put you through to voice nail even when asked not to. The other area is the car cleaning. My car tires looked like the car had been driven through a mud puddle prior to delivery. From the moment I walked on the lot it was apparent that John Dockendorffs's main priority was to provide the best customer service experience of my life. He did not fail. John took the time to ask questions first to gain a sound understanding of my needs and then went above and beyond expectations when showing the options. He too was patient, knowledgeable and made the whole process a unique, enjoyable experience. John even helped me get a new insurance company with better rates. John also took care of all the transfer paper work of the car insurance.
