I traded in my 2012 Forester for a 2014 Outback (my husband is 6'5" and needed a This is my second Subaru, and my second time buying it from Premier. I traded in my 2012 Forester for a 2014 Outback (my husband is 6'5" and needed a larger car; in fact, I just searched for and found my review posted on 3/1/2013 indicating I'd be back for an Outback, lol), and my experience was as pleasant and enjoyable the second time around as it was the first, if not more! I began my adventure online with the help of Rita, both times! Scott sold me my Forester, and now is in Service. John was my salesman when buying the Outback, and he kept me apprised and informed almost every step of the way. My every question and/or concern was answered, and whatever needed attention or following up was done to my complete satisfaction. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bob Alvine, the president, and even spoke with him several times as well. I don't recall ever having met the owner of a dealership before; but Bob was a familiar face by the time I drove off of the lot. That says a lot. Having bought two cars now from Premier, and servicing them at Premier's Branford and Watertown locations, I can say with 1,000% certainty that Premier is a cut above the rest. The vehicle speaks for itself, it's a Subaru; the friendly, professional and accommodating employees of this dealership are what bring me back. As long as I live in Connecticut, with Connecticut's snowy winters, I will own a Subaru. And I will go only to Premier to buy and maintain it. More

We picked up our car on Saturday afternoon and are thrilled! I have to say, it was the best vehicle purchasing experience for both of us. Tony was great and relaxed and really listened to what we were looking for in a car. The gentleman who did our finance paper work on Saturday was also just the nicest guy! (sorry, can't remember his name, I know he was new....I think either Joe or Jay......) It was a very nice experience and I did not have one hesitation during the entire process. Herman Winston is the BOOM! I went to Premier with three grandchildren, 5 years old and younger, in tow! I had just come from a Volvo dealer, where I had pretty much decided on an S80, but something inside of me said I should check out the Subaru Legacy. Upon arrival at Premier I felt very comfortable with Herman Winston. He LISTENED to my wants, didn't try to convince me otherwise... and lead me to my new car!!! Honestly, the Subaru Legacy 3.6 R Limited, with all it's bells and whistles, far exceeds the Volvo. And the Subaru was a fraction of the cost! I am so thrilled with my new 2015 Subaru and the services I received. Oh, and did I mention, Herman even entertained the grandchildren while I did paper work!!! He is the Boom!!!
