Nice place to do business I wandered onto the lot to see about trading in our 2009 Forester to get a newer car. Found a Crosstrek with low miles, great look and perfect shape. Was pleasantly surprised by the price and inquired about value of my car. They met a competitors bid to buy my car, and were patient while we made sure our Greyhound could jump up and move around in the rear cargo area. Adam (Arsenault) was very knowledgable and made the process comfortable for both me and my wife. When we went to receive the new car and trade in our old car everything was ready and both Adam and Rodney made the whole thing pleasant. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Dominic More
Lack of care Recently went here to purchase an additional key for my 2009 Tribeca. Mind you, I did not purchase the vehicle here. First, I had to order the key bla Recently went here to purchase an additional key for my 2009 Tribeca. Mind you, I did not purchase the vehicle here. First, I had to order the key blank. Picked that up and had to go to a locksmith in Waterbury that Premier suggested to cut the key. Well, the locksmith reluctantly cut the key for me, because he doesn't do business for Premier anymore. Then returned to the dealership to now have the key programmed. Waited 1 hour which is not unreasonable. They had quoted my a charge of $20. to program; WRONG, more like $32 and change. Receipt showed a parts charge of like $2.90. What part since I had supplied the key. Anyway, left to go home thinking all was well. My original remote had been disabled. I immediately called and was told to come right back. I returned and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. That all occured about 3 weeks ago.Yesteday, I went out to the car and pushed the button on the original remote and it fell apart in my hand; why, because the tech never put the screw back into the remote. I'm just greatfull that my car did not need any major work. I can just imaging how they would screw that up. I will never return to this dealership, and neither should you. This occured at the Watertown dealership on Straits Turnpike. More

I worked with Jason Jarkes and he could not have been more accommodating. From our first conversation he paid attention to every detail of what I needed and wanted in my new car. He went out of his way to get in touch with me, even on his day off, just to make sure I was all set to purchase my new car. Finances were definitely something I was concerned about and the staff not only got me in the car I wanted but with a price I could manage. They also gave me an amazing deal on the vehicle I traded in and I could not be more grateful!!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More

Price is obviously important but equally important to me was to deal with a straight forward and professional sales staff. Brian introduced me to sales consultant Mark Gennette. Mark was a total gentleman right out of the gate, direct and knowledgable. My trade-in vehicle was inspected and a fair price offered. I traveled 2 hours to Premier, passing several other Subaru dealerships along the way. No regrets as it was worth the trip to be treated fairly and with respect. Sales manager Will also took the time to introduce himself and thank me for my business.......can't ask for a better car buying experience! More
