Dear Mr. Schall/ We appreciate your feedback and your comments and are sorry for the issues you are experiencing. Unfortunately, we don't have much experience with this vehicle. We have seen it twice - once when we did the original pre-delivery inspection (when new) and, in February, 2015 at more than 102,000 miles. We have found Subaru vehicles to be extremely reliable and cost effective when the factory recommended maintenance is completed. We know that you have set an appointment with us for this coming Tuesday and, will have someone call you to get you in you earlier. We will do our best to get your car back on the road as quickly as possible.

I wish I could change my review on everything except for Tony he is amazing. I will never buy another Subaru from premier after dealing with their general manager Robert Alvine. After a issue with the pay off and Subaru financing accidentally sending me the title for my trade. I received the title on Saturday and a letter form him stating I owe nearly $500 more on my trade and he was on the phone Monday morning calling me repeatedly while at work demanding the title and money. He was extremely rude and accusatory as if I intentionally did this and threaten to have lawyers involved because I wouldn't drop everything and bring him the title after I refused to be inconcienced by Subaru financing mistake of sending me the title (I live over 30 mins away) I offered for someone to be at my home if he wanted to send someone to get the title but told me he doesn't have title runners. He was also very reluctant to put it in writing that he agreed to pay for it to be sent overnight which was at his request. I will admit if he handled it more professionally and treated me with respect I probably would've brought the title but when you treat your customers like xxxx expect for them not to be willing to go out their way for you. He also stated I need to learn to pay my finances and this was all my fault and he's been dealing with it for a month but failed to notify me. Lack of communication and neglect on the matter on his part does not constitute an emergency on my part I should have been notified immediately. I have a right before making a additional payment to him to contact my financial initiation to verify this and see where the issue was. He wanted me to pay him immediately then take it up with the bank and try to get my money back if it was a mistake which I think is unacceptable. He never sent me proof of him making a additional payment or anything just a letter from him. I have no problem making a payment if rightfully owed but I should get a chance to figure it out before I am threaten if he doesn't receive both payment and title tomorrow he involving lawyers at my expense. He is a horrible person and made buying my dream car a miserable experience.
