I was skeptical at first - but they quickly won me over due to the attention paid on exactly what I wanted - price-wise. Steering me away from what I could not afford and showing me models in my price range. My sales rep, Mounir Jouhrani, was so patient, kind and answered my many questions ...and I never felt rushed or pushed to get the deal done. I truly never purchased a car so easily in my life! Everything was taken care of by them and follow up calls were reassuring. Everyone there was so nice ....and when you have a pleasant experience even signing the papers and making this huge commitment, that says a lot! More

Delighted again I recently visited Premier Subaru to have my 2014 Forester serviced. I had a small problem with the car and when I called, Ericka invited me to come I recently visited Premier Subaru to have my 2014 Forester serviced. When I got there I asked if they could perform some additional service which would save me from making another trip (my appointment was scheduled for the following week). Even though they were obviously busy, Gary and Scott went out of their way to help me. While I waited for the service to be performed, I visited the showroom to ask some unrelated questions about features on the new Forester. Herman was more than willing to spend the time answering all of my questions. When my car was ready, Gary personally reviewed the results with me and made sure that I was happy with the resolution of the original issue. Once again, I was treated like I was their most important customer and appreciate the efforts of the service and sales team. More

Purchased a used legacy Was a little hesitant to go here because of a bad experience our daughter had. But it's convenient to our house so we went. Upon arrival my shopping buddies and I were greeted kindly by Helena, she immediately made me feel comfortable about not knowing exactly what I wanted, not knowing much about the cars available, and not knowing the extensiveness of what goes into buying a new car. I had visited another Subaru dealer earlier that day and they didn't have many cars available, at Premier Subaru I had many options to look at and if a car wasn't available Helena was able to give details as to which model would be coming in and what date it would be there. All of the employees seemed engaged and happy to be working both times I visited. In the end it was Helena's energy and precision that gave me a well needed push to not settle for anything less than what I wanted; a brand new 2016 Forester and no cosigner! More

Excellent and Pressure free buying experience Went to Premier Subaru on Black Friday to see what type of used Legacy Inventory they had on site. Found a 2015 Subaru Legacy in Excellent condition. Went into the show room where I was greeted by Adam Arsenault. We spoke about a couple of different Legacies that were in the parking lot and went on a test drive. Adam was very knowledgeable about the Legacy and didn't put a lot of pressure on myself and fiancé about purchasing the car. When we returned to the dealership, Adam gave us a time alone in the car to discuss. Adam and the Premier staff made purchasing the car very easy. They offered a more than fair value for my trade in and offered a great financing rate for the car. Rob made finalizing the purchase a breeze. We went through all the numbers to make sure there weren't any mistakes. Once the purchase was finalized, Adam took us through all the different features of the car and how to properly use them. A great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend going to Premier Subaru. More
