"Lisa/ We are truly sorry for your disappointment. The genuine Subaru bike rack was on backorder. That part has now arrived and is available for pickup. Any problems with your seatbelt can be addressed during the installation or retrieval of the bike rack. We do show outbound calls, through our system, to the number we have on file for you and, do apologize if those calls weren't received. We also know that, Mr. Taylor had offered to have your vehicle picked up/dropped off (while providing you with a loaner car) so that we could provide you with the bike rack and attend to the seat belt absent of any inconvenience for you. Again, we do apologize for the lack of communication that you feel occurred. However, that doesn't mean we have, in any way, ignored this matter. Please email us directly so that we can arrange to provide you with the bike rack and arrange for cleaning of the seat belt
