I had been thinking about a Subaru since I had guided my daughter to purchase an Impreza three years earlier. So, that same night around 7:30 pm I went to the Branford Premier Subaru dealership and started walking around to look at the used cars available. To my surprise (it was freezing cold that night), someone came up to me and asked if I needed help. That was salesperson Michelle Caron! With that small step of initiative, she was awarded the purchase of my new Legacy the next day. The expedited service was appreciated and I am very happy with my Legacy. Once we had the car picked out, Luke spent a lot of time explaining the features, going over the costs & crunching the numbers until we were happy & had the exact car with the features we wanted. Doing all the paperwork with Rod the day we picked up the car was a nice surprise as well.... he was thorough & funny which is a great mix!
