She complained that she "sacrificed" so much just to hold the car for us which is just an exaggeration of the truth. They did not have a manual transmission on the lot so we had to wait for them to deliver one. The sale of the car was hinging on a test drive first, which never even happened. I asked to test drive the vehicle two times and both times I asked, Helena skirted around the question and was trying to force me to sign the sale papers. I basically told her we were not interested and proceeded to walk out. What dealership expects you to buy a car without a test drive? I really do not recommend this dealership and others should go elsewhere where salespeople are more professional and less about the quick sale. More
Exceeding Customer Expectation is something we as customers would all like to enjoy but rarely does this happen in real life. The overlays, loose-ends, and missing data in purch is something we as customers would all like to enjoy but rarely does this happen in real life. The overlays, loose-ends, and missing data in purchase(s) as large and complex as a car, are considerable if not notorious, Our purchase(s) doubled the variables by trading two cars instead of one, and the purchase of two new cars in the transaction. Almost immediate to a very prompt delivery, was a steering recall handled well by Subaru, and flawlessly by our sales, service, and administrative team. Communication was continuous and superb. They actually made the exercise, a rather pleasurable experience. I have taught in business schools, and worked in mission critical circumstances all my work career, and can say from experience that these team demonstrated relationships are not common, rather this is an exceptional group that works well together and can actually make it happen, and even in challenging circumstances can exceed the customers expectation,... consistently. . . In fact, no Impreza within 100 miles had exactly the configuration I wanted. Luke helped me order a new one, priced to fit my budget, and kept me updated while it was being built and delivered. On delivery, Luke showed me all the features and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I'm a very satisfied customer. More

Rudest Sales Manager I have ever encountered I recently bought an Impreza from Premier Subaru. The business manager I worked with, Rob, was very professional and thorough, as well as kind and cou I recently bought an Impreza from Premier Subaru. The business manager I worked with, Rob, was very professional and thorough, as well as kind and courteous. The general sales manager, David Taylor, however was horrendously rude and crass. His interpersonal skills were deplorable. I have never been addressed with such abrupt rudeness from a salesperson - it was disgusting. He failed to even introduce himself to me, just started in on a rude rant about price negotiations. I wasn't even in his office, but he went out of his way to walk across the building, interrupt the conversation I was having with Rob, and address me and my mother in a rude and disrespectful way that was entirely unfitting of a professional salesperson. He completely ruined my entire experience at this dealership and my entire family found him off putting and unprofessional. If it's true that a sales business should put its best foot forward, then I'd suggest cutting this one off entirely. More
