Awesome crosstrek! Bought a 2016 Subaru crosstrek brand new only 4 miles on the dash. Jason was great all the way through the process. Very smart no BS guy. Good overall experience Purchase on 7/2/14. We initially contacted Premier Subaru via email then phone, calling about a new car purchase to replace our 2004 Forester, and th Purchase on 7/2/14. We initially contacted Premier Subaru via email then phone, calling about a new car purchase to replace our 2004 Forester, and then focused on a pre-owned 2014 model that was on the lot. We asked as many questions as we could in order to avoid a wasted trip to the dealership (an hour away). Our questions were answered in detail, courteously and patiently. We emailed Rita and Kim, and followed up with calls that were answered promptly. Our concerns about car cosmetics were answered with close-up photos that Kim snapped and sent. When we arrived, we were greeted by Adam who had the Forester prepped and ready for us, knew every detail about the car, gave us time to get acquainted with it, listened to the concerns we had and satisfied every single one of them. Minor scratches, for example, were touched up and buffed while we waited. Update 7/14/16. One oversight is related to our purchase of the Subaru Gold + warranty. It was not disclosed to us that there is a $100 deductible for each visit. Keep this in mind if you are interested in purchasing this contract. There is a slight pulsation in the brakes at highway speeds that is not present around town. We did not notice this on the test drive but do not plan to drive back for this issue. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Salesman Jason was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted in my price range. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need and no one hassled me for the sale. I felt very comfortable with the entire buying process. Everything from the comfortable test drive to the manager handshake in the end made me a very happy customer. Thank you! More

Excellent Used Subaru from an Excellent Dealer I found a used subaru forester online (autotrader.com) that looked nice and was priced appropriately. I requested to come see the car and Kimberly Se I found a used subaru forester online (autotrader.com) that looked nice and was priced appropriately. I requested to come see the car and Kimberly Seabrook set me up an appointment 90 minutes later. When I arrived they already had the exact car I had requested pulled up outside. The salesman I worked with was Adam Arsenault, who seemed very genuine and just interested in helping us find the right car for us. We test drove the car I was interested in and looked at a few others. Adam was not at all pushy, and we didn't leave with a car the same day. We were unsure about whether or not we wanted to trade in our current car, they were very willing to work with us and did give us a competitive offer, but we decided no to trade in. We came back the next week and purchased the car, Rob Weljkovic worked out the financing and went over the extra options for us (also not at all pushy) and the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend premiere Subaru, and if I buy another Subaru while living in Connecticut I'll be going back. More

Less than 24 hours to a new car On a lark, I went to Premier Subaru (have had two cars from them already) just to see what kind of deals were out there. Had been checking their website and know there was a lot of new technology. Made an offer at 4pm on Friday, and picked up my car at noon on Saturday. The paperwork took an hour--only downside was I did not get the color I wanted. I'll learn to live with it ;0) More
